Samantha Ann Maynard

Samantha Ann Maynard 31 of Catlettsburg, Kentucky entered the gates of heaven on Sunday October 15, 2023 leaving from her home 

The Ashland Kentucky native was born June 30, 1992, a daughter of the late Mary Donaway and Gary Edward Maynard. Along with her step mom; Carolyn Maynard of Rush, Kentucky. She was a graduate of Boyd County High School and employed as a manager at Ashland Child Development.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents; David and Kay Wilson, her paternal grand parents; Claren and Phyllis Maynard, a aunt; Jo Ann Maynard, a uncle; Tim Maynard, and a nephew; Conner Robbins.

In addition to her step mother survivors include her fiance; Jacob  Minix, a son; Elijah Minix, 2 brothers Gary Maynard and his wife Shanna, Charlie Thompson and his wife Stephanie and a host of families lt and friends.

A Celebration of Life and Memorial Service will be held at 8:00 pm on Monday October 23, 2023 at the Ashland First Baptist Church at 1701 Winchester Ave; Ashland, Kentucky. Keeping with her families wishes she will be cremated. Friends may call from 6:00 pm until time of services at the church.
