Isaac Joseph Ervin Jr. (Ike) 77 of Ironton, Ohio was reunited with his wife in heaven on Tuesday January 18, 2022 leaving from the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky after a brief illness.
He was born April 2, 1944, a son of the late Isaac Joseph Ervin and the late Florence Webb Erivin. He was a Diesel Mechanic that graduated Ironton High School. He loved being a mechanic and working on cars and trucks. In his free time that he had, he spent it with his family and Bow Hunted.
In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his wife in 2014 Christina Leadingham Ervin, and 2 brothers: David and Larry Ervin.
He is survived by a son; Christopher Joseph Ervin, 3 daughters; Wenndy Renee (Chad Walden) Ervin, Michelle Lynn Ervin, Fonda Carter (Allen Massie) 3 grandchildren; Dillion and Oliver Walden, Tanner Patrick, 2 sisters; Rita McCulley and Merna Ervin, a brother; Craig Ervin and a host of family and friends.
Keeping with his wishes, services will be private. He will be laid to rest in the Lawrence Furnace Cemetery next to his wife. Memorial donations should be made to your favorite charity in memory of him.
The family has entrusted his care to the Taylor Brown Family of Brown Funeral Chapel.
