Katrina Groves Bias

Katrina Groves Bias; 32 of Grovetown, Georgia formerly of Ashland, Kentucky gained her wings to heaven on Friday June 8, 2018 leaving from her home in Grovetown.

The Ashland native grew up in Catlettsburg, a daughter of Nikki Ramey Groves and George H. Groves Sr. In addition to being a loving mother, she formerly worked in food preparation and was a Secretary for a Trucking Company. She was a Graduate of Boyd County High School and of the Baptist Faith. She loved UK sports, Turtles, Frogs and her Dogs.

She was preceded in death by a daughter; Emily Nicole Groves, her paternal grandfather; Clifford E. Groves, two uncles; Clifford Groves Jr and Kenny Sloas and a cousin; Aaron Ray Sloas .

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her fiancé; Jeffrey Ford, 2 sons; Hunter Aaron Groves , Allen Wayne Groves, a daughter; Hailey Spring Bias, her step parents; Delbert Groves Jr. and Lisa Groves, 2 brothers; John Wayne Groves and his wife Brittany, George Groves Jr. and his wife Sarah, 2 stepbrothers; James Tyler Holt, Gregory Aaron Holt, a step sister Casey Nicole Holt, Her maternal Grandparents; Ray “The Old Man” Ramey his wife Dena, Paternal grandmothers; Della Mae Groves and Bonnie Sizemore, cousins Brandon Groves and LeAndra Groves along with a host of family and friends.

A Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 pm on Saturday June 23, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Chapel in Ironton Ohio. 

Friends may call on the family from 6:00 until time of service on Saturday. 

The family has entrusted her care to Brown Funeral Chapel of Ironton.
