Thomas Eugene Galloway, 68, of Portsmouth, passed away Monday, September 05, 2022, at SOMC Hospice in Portsmouth. He was born July 23, 1954, in Portsmouth, Ohio, a son of the late Roy and Genevieve (Harr) Galloway. Also preceding him in death were two brothers, Gary and Timothy Galloway, a brother-in-law, Jack Pollard, a sister-in-law, Barbara Martin, and a mother-in-law, Dorothy (Granny) Pollard.

He is survived by the Love of his life Roxie (Perk) Pollard of Portsmouth, whom he was with for over fifty years, a son, Aaron (Lisa) Pollard, and a daughter, Erica Pollard of Portsmouth, three grandchildren, Christopher Bell of New Boston, Kyle Cooper and Chloe Parks of Portsmouth, a great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Bell of Portsmouth, a brother John Galloway of New Boston, two sisters, Joann Stout of Rosemount, Mona Powell of Portsmouth, and a sister-in-law, Sheila (Donna) Pollard Smith of Virginia Beach, VA.

Tom was well know and well-liked by so many and will be deeply missed. There will be no services and a small private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
