Larry Ray Marcum; 60, of Ironton, Ohio passed away Thursday June 25, 2020 at his home in Ironton, Ohio.
The Logan County native was born February 16, 1960 in Holden, West Virginia. He was a son of the late Eli F. Marcum and the late Maudie Browning Marcum. Larry was United States Army Veteran and former Ranger. He was a Pipeliner who enjoyed restoring Cars, Military Guns and liked to fish.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers; James T., and Leslie A. Marcum.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years whom he married on May 13, 1998 Jennifer Marcum, 2 daughters; Gabrielle Marcum, Jessica Marcum, a son; Tony Richman, a brother; Kenneth A. Marcum of Fort Gay, WV,, two sisters; Carol Sue Marcum Rauch of Kermit, WV., Ruth A, Thompson of Catlettsburg, Ky, and a host of family and friends.
Funeral Services will be conducted at Noon on Monday Juned 29, 2020 at the Ironton City Mission Church with Pastor Jeff Cremeans officiating with Military Honors presented by VFW Post 8850, Keeping with his wishes he will be cremated after the services.
Friends may call from 10:00 am until time of services at the church on Monday, Friends and family are reminded of the Covid 19 and are asked to wear a face mask when appropriate and use social distancing.
His services has been entrusted to the Taylor-Brown family of Brown Funeral Chapel.
