Donald Eugene Hammond 68, of Ironton, Ohio passed away Tuesday February 15, 2022 at his home in Ironton, Ohio.

The Lawrence County native was born March 21, 1953. He was the son of the late Vincent Salines and the late Thelma Ellis Salines. He was a loving and caring man and friend to many.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister; Kathleen Boyd (2020).

He is survived by his wife of 12 years whom he married on November 14, 2009 Candy Sue Harmon, a son; Donald Eugene Hammond Jr., 2 brothers; Bernard and Ben Hammond, a sister; Ethel Anne McKenzie, a half brother; Vincent Salines and a host of family and friends.

Keeping with his wishes he will be cremated.
