Tammy Lynn Evicks; 54 of Chesapeake, Ohio gained her wings to heaven on Saturday September 22, 2018 leaving from the former Jo-Lin Nursing Home in Ironoton, Ohio.

Tammy was born March 23, 1964 in Huntington, WV. A daughter of the late Earl and Pearl Cole. Tammy loved to read, paint, and take care of her family.

She is survived by her husbamd; Michael Evicks, a son; James Estep and Stepson; Richard Evicks, 3 grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Keeping with her families wishes her remains were donated to science and research to help further generations. Memorial donations in her honor should be directed to her family or your favorite charity.

Her family has entrusted her care to Brown Funeral Chapel of Ironton, Ohio.
