Donald E. Lowe

Donald E. Lowe (Don); 80 went to be with the Lord on Friday Oct. 26, 2018 from his home. He was born April 5 1938 in Kenova, WV. But was a life long resident of Huntington. A son of the late Mabel Eggleston and the late Garland Lowe.

Donald was retired from Steel of WV after 29 years.  He attended the Catlettsburg Harvest Church of God where he was saved and baptized. Don loved to sing and especially enjoyed singing Harmony.

Don was a  loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather,  brother and friend.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Carsey Lowe of over 57 years, a daughter; Delena Smith and her husband Tony, a granddaughter; Carissa Huff Newman and her husband John, a grandson; Brennan Huff and his wife Courtney,  4 great grandchildren; Lexus Butcher, Landyn Bradshaw, Shaylee Howard, Titan Huff, a brother; Rick Lowe and a nephew; Brian Lowe and many friends and a loving Church family.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00 pm on Tuesday October 30, 2018 in the Catlettsburg Harvest Church of God at 105 36th St. Catlettsburg, Ky 41129 with Bishop Greg Wirzfeld officiating. Burial will follow in the Spring Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

Friends may call from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm On Monday October 29, 2018 and one hour prior to services at the church.

The family has entrusted his care to Brown Funeral Chapel of Ironton.
